SMS / Messaging Terms

BLDG Capture powers automated text messaging for roofing and home-improvement contractors (each a "Business"). These terms explain how that messaging works and your choices.
How you start receiving messages
You receive text messages from a Business through BLDG Capture because you contacted that Business first. You called or texted their phone number and they were unable to answer. We text you back on their behalf so they can help you. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send messages to people who have not contacted the Business.
What the messages are for
Messages relate solely to your inquiry: confirming your request, collecting details about the work you need (such as your name, address, and the issue), and arranging follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your conversation.
Opting out and getting help
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that Business through BLDG Capture. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@bldglabs.ai. To resume, reply START.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BLDG Capture does not charge you for messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers
Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Carrier support may change.
Your information
Information you share over text is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information (your phone number and message content) is used only to respond to your inquiry and is never sold.
