Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BLDG Capture, missed-call lead-capture software provided by BLDG Labs ("BLDG", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

BLDG Capture answers calls you miss by texting the caller back, collecting their request, estimating the roof from the address, and delivering a lead to your dashboard. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your settings (including your pricing and the phone forwarding you configure), for keeping your login secure, and for using the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, calling, and texting rules (such as the TCPA) and carrier requirements (A2P 10DLC). You will only use BLDG to respond to people who have contacted your business.

Estimates are preliminary

Roof measurements and price ranges produced by BLDG are automated estimates for your internal use, based on third-party aerial data and the pricing you enter. They are not guaranteed quotes. You are solely responsible for any price you communicate to a customer.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Telephony usage (calls and texts) may be subject to pass-through carrier and messaging fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You will not use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to message people who did not contact you, or for any unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that create carrier compliance risk.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLDG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
