Privacy Policy

BLDG Capture ("BLDG", "we") provides missed-call lead-capture software to contractors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, both for the contractors who use BLDG (our "Customers") and for the homeowners who contact them ("Callers").

Information we collect

From Callers: your phone number, the content of your call/text inquiry, and the details you provide (name, property address, description of the work, and any photos you send). When you provide an address, we look up publicly available property and aerial data to estimate roof size.

From Customers: account details (name, business name, email, phone), pricing settings, and usage data.

How we use it

We use Caller information solely to respond to your inquiry on the Business's behalf, structure it into a lead, and deliver it to that Business so they can follow up. We use Customer information to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Service providers we share with

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under contract: Twilio (telephony/SMS), Anthropic (the AI that handles the conversation), Supabase (database and storage), Google Maps Platform (geocoding and roof measurement), and Resend (email alerts). We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Lead and message data is retained for the Business's use and deleted on request or when an account is closed. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages. To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@bldglabs.ai. Depending on your state you may have additional rights (for example, under the CCPA).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by role-based security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
